Five things to do in Liverpool

Emilija Morrison: Business Development Assistant

Liverpool is perhaps most famous for being the home of The Beatles. Whilst there are several attractions dedicated to the band, there are also lots of other unrelated things to do within the city. Read on to hear some of our favourite things to do in Liverpool!

1. John Lennon House

A definite stop for any Beatles fan, on a tour through the National Trust you are able to go inside the house. (Some bus tours will only let you glimpse the outside of the house, so be careful which tour you book yourself on!) Once inside, a tour guide will give you an insight into John’s childhood and you’ll even get to glimpse John’s old bedroom, designed in 1950s style!

2. The Beatles Story Museum

Another one for the Beatles fan in your life to visit. On arrival, you’ll be given an audio guide which means you can learn about the history of the band at your own pace. The museum is rich with things to do and as well as there being original clothing and memorabilia, you can visit key locations such as The Cavern Club.

A picturesque Tudor House with an incredible history. The tour guides within the attraction are very knowledgeable and friendly and will make you feel at ease during your trip. If you’d prefer to be outside, the grounds are also worth a trip – there’s even a rose garden and woodland walks to choose from.
