Hi we’re Liv and Jenny, we founded this small business in 2017, because we understand how important it is to meet and spend time with a local when you visit a new place. We initially took the tours ourself, before expanding into a group of guides, each who bring their own spin to the tours.
In each place, all of our guides are guides because they are passionate about the city and they want to share its beauty with you! Our guides come from all walks of life, and all have their own unique experiences of their hometown, which is what makes every tour unique. We hope to see you on one of our tours soon.
We don’t just offer your standard history tours, we have unique experiences too! You can book any day from now until the end of 2026.

ARTHUR
Hello, I’m Arthur and I’m studying for a masters in international development at the University of Birmingham, which is only a few hundred metres from where I was born and raised. I’m a huge fan of the city of Birmingham, and I can’t wait to share the story of this incredible city with you!
PETER
Hello. I’m Pete and was born and bred in Birmingham. Now that I’ve retired from teaching, I’m able to spend more time telling people about the place of my birth; the city of a thousand trades, with more canals than Venice and more parkland than Paris. Amongst many things on the tour, I’ll be telling you about the buildings who have given the city its shape as well as the men and women who have shaped the city.

Hello, I’m Richard and a proud Brummie. Now semi-retired, I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to tell visitors about this great city and its proud history. Come with me and meet the floozie and the carpet salesmen. And no, they’re not my relatives.
DEE
Hi, my name is Dee, and I have recently retired. So now I have the chance to do something I really love; meeting lots of people and chatting about my lovely city, Birmingham. Ever changing, ever interesting, that’s Brummagem. I can’t wait to show you around!

Hi, I’m Radek. I was born in Poland but I was raised in Birmingham, and I’m very grateful for it as there is no other place I’d have picked. I’m excited and keen to tell you all about the wonders of this city, so hop along on a tour!

Hi! I’m Hannah, I’ve been studying in Birmingham for the past few years and I am from the nearby Black Country. I love sharing the rich, and often surprising, history of Birmingham and its surrounding region, and I believe in what the present-day city has to offer too… so come and explore!

Hi! I’m Alex. I’m an actor from Wolverhampton and spend most of my time in Birmingham (I also went to school in Brum!). For me Birmingham has always been an incredibly exciting city – full of art, hidden gems and lots of history. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my love for Birmingham with others.
