Emilija Morrison: Business Development Assistant

Birmingham is bursting with exciting restaurants to visit. There being so very many, it can be difficult to whittle it down to just a few. The city does, after all, contain five Michelin star restaurants. We’ve tried, however, to give a varied list – not just Michelin star winners. Read on to hear some of our favourite Birmingham restaurants!

1. Adams Restaurant

Drowning in accolades, including a Michelin star, Adam’s is a definite gem to visit. Here you’ll find many high-quality meals to choose from, including squab pigeon and goosnargh duck. This isn’t a place you can visit on a budget however – a three course lunch is as high as £45. Maybe the place to go if you feel like treating yourself, or for a special occasion.

2. Tattu Birmingham

Described as “a modern Chinese experience”, Tattu Birmingham is definitely one to add to the bucket-list. With a cherry blossoms ceiling, the restaurant is one that would look good on the Instagram feed. Moreover, the food here is delicious and there is a wide range of options to choose, from lobster to noodles. This one can be pretty pricey, so another one to visit on a special occasion. (It seems this one is particularly popular for a birthday celebration!)
